The Karamürsel District Directorate of National Education(KDNE) is the local authority in charge with the planning and coordination of all kinds of educational and training activities from pre-school, to secondary and adult education in Karamürsel district. The Directorate is responsible for taking all required actions in the field of education to realize a real increase in the management and organizational capacity of this largest governmental body of Karamürsel district. KDNE, in accordance with its Strategic Plans, has carrying out innovative studies to answer the needs of high-quality education, in a changing and developing society constantly. Following new teaching approaches and methods developed in our country and European countries, it promotes competition, collaboration and individual entrepreneurship in cooperation with its institutions. It supports all the schools in the province to apply this mission institutionally. KDNE works on educational R&D, and develops, coordinates and manages local, national and international Projects to support education.
Murat ÇAKIR, Director of KDNE since 2013, is responsible for all the administrative and managerial work of the Directorate. He had 7 years’ experience as head master of Necip Fazıl Anatolian High School. He has the experience of teaching Religious Culture and Ethics in different Schools in Kocaeli and Mardin for 29 years. He has the experience of managing LLP and Erasmus+ Projects. He has graduated from Faculty of Theology, Marmara University. He is responsible for the managerial and research, teaching, training tasks within VET R&D project.
Selçuk KATIRCIOĞLU, Asistant Director of KDNE since 2014, is responsible for Managing all the administrative work of various Departments. He has 21 years of managerial experience at Local Education Authorities in different districts, graduated from History Teaching Department of Education Faculty, at Gazi University, Ankara. He has experience of the LDV TOI project as Administration. He is responsible for the Administrative tasks and technical issues within VET R&D project.
Ali EJDEROĞLU is the Assistant Director of various Departments at KDNE. In 2003, he graduated from Konya Selcuk University, Faculty of Education, Department of Geography Teaching, with an honour’s degree. He started his professional life in Private Education institutions and worked as a teacher and manager for 18 years. It has 16 courses, 13 seminar certificates, especially in areas such as education, management, sports, personal development, and its active work continues in education programs and project activities. He is responsible for the administrative works at VET R&D project. He is responsible for the Administrative tasks and technical issues within the afore-mentioned project.
Deniz ÇİÇEK, language teacher, graduated from Foreign Languages Department of Education Faculty, Uludağ University, studying her MA on digital transformation, at LLP and Adult Education at Kocaeli University. In addition to 22 years of English teaching experience, she has been working as a project expert at KDNE since 2011. Has the experience of writing and managing local, regional, LLP and Erasmus+ projects for different institutions and is now responsible for project development and coordination. She is responsible for the research, teaching, training tasks within the VET R&D project.
